Under treatment with LCA (60–180 μM) for 24 h, the phosphorylation or expression of β‐catenin, p‐GSK‐3β (Ser 9), p‐AKT (Ser 473), AKT, c‐jun and c‐myc, were all reduced in a dose‐dependent manner (Figures 4C and S4E–K,N). The gene discussed is GSK3B; the disease is Leber congenital amaurosis.
