The case that was classified into Mal MC (Patient 11) showed multiple losses including 1p, 8p, 10, 14, 22q, as well as NF2 truncating mutation and homozygous deletion of CDKN2A/B, alterations commonly seen in atypical and anaplastic meningiomas [3, 10]. Here, CDKN2A is linked to meningioma.
