CNTNAP2 and cancer: Interestingly, most of these 13 genes (KMT2C, DPP6, PRIM2, SDK1, PTPRN2, CNTNAP2, CSMD1, CTNNA3, MAGI2, EYS, HLA-DRB1, DLGAP2, FANK1) are known to be associated with cancer.
