Bi et al. [24] revealed that HOXB-AS1 up-regulated the expression of HOXB2 or HOXB3 at the post-transcriptional and transcriptional levels through recruitment of ILF3 to driving the glioblastoma progression, which may be potential therapeutic molecules for patients with glioblastoma. This evidence concerns the gene HOXB3 and glioblastoma.
