To confirm the anti-tumor effects of Hermes-1 in vivo, the immune-deficient SCID/Beige mice inoculated with CD44-high F6ft cells together with Hermes-1 and NK92MI cells, which resulted in significantly increased formation of CIC structures in tumor tissues (Fig. 6h, i), and importantly a profound suppression of tumor growth, which is stronger than those imposed from either Hermes-1 or NK92MI cells alone, and IgG-treated control as well (Fig. 6j, k and Supplementary Fig. S7a, b).
