[79] proved that miR-155 could also directly downregulate the specific human germinal center-associated lymphoma (HGAL) gene in the germinal center, thereby reducing the activation of ras homolog family member A (RhoA), increasing the migration ability of lymphoma cells, and promoting the metastasis and infiltration of DLBCL. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
