CEACAM5 and neoplasm: Compared to patients without recurrence, patients with recurrence had some noticeable clinical features, including elevated levels of tumor markers (serum CEA and CA19-9), larger tumor size (p = 0.017), increased number of lymph node metastases (p < 0.001), presence of signet-ring cell carcinoma (p = 0.034), presence of tumor deposits (p = 0.01), and presence of vessel carcinoma embolus (p = 0.005).
