Studies showed that AZGP1 participated in the regulation of tumorigenesis, such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer and LUAD (Albertus et al., 2008; Dubois et al., 2010; Huang et al., 2012; Huang et al., 2013; Jung et al., 2014; Xue et al., 2014). This evidence concerns the gene AZGP1 and prostate carcinoma.
