Matrine could inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of human breast cancer cell lines McF-7 and T47-D by down-regulating LIN28A expression and up-regulating LET-7b expression, inhibiting Wnt/β-catenin pathway, down-regulating CCND1 (cyclin-D1) expression, and inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation of human breast cancer cell lines McF-7 and T47-D (Li et al., 2020b). Here, CCND1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
