As shown in Figure 7, the result of CellMiner Cross-Database analysis showed that a higher level of CD4 mRNA expression was significantly associated with higher sensitivity of cancer cell lines to cyclophosphamide (r = 0.81, p< 0.001, Figure 7A), cisplatin (r = 0.30, p< 0.05, Figure 7B), and carboplatin (r = 0.47, p< 0.001, Figure 7C). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is cancer.
