We further found a significant positive correlation between USP10 and genetic markers of Tregs (CCR8 (encoding C-C motif chemokine receptor 8) and STAT5B (encoding signal transducer and activator of transcription 5B)) (Table 1), suggesting that USP10 could be involved in activating the immunosuppressive activity of Tregs in PAAD and LIHC. The gene discussed is USP10; the disease is pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
