Next, we used the TIMER database to investigate potential correlations between USP10 and immune cell marker genes in PAAD, LIHC, and LUAD, such as CD8+ T cells, B cells, tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), monocytes, M1/M2 macrophages, natural killer (NK) cells, DCs, neutrophils, general T cells, and T cell with different functions, e.g., T follicular helper (Tfh) cells, T helper type 1 (Th1) cells, T helper type 2 (Th2) cells, T helper type 17 (Th17) cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), and exhausted T cells (Table 1).
