USP10 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma: Based on USP10 expression in relevant immune cell subsets, we found that in PAAD, high USP10 expression was linked to increased infiltration of B cells (OS, HR = 2.22, P = 0.027), NK cells (OS, HR = 2.12, P = 0.049), Tregs (OS, HR = 2.14, P = 0.021), and Th2 cells (OS, HR = 2.12, P = 0.042); and with decreased infiltration of CD4+ T cells, macrophages, and Th1 cells (all P < 0.05), and predicted inferior prognostic survival in patients with PAAD (Figure 10A and Supplementary Figure 4A).
