P3: Combined treatment with G‐CSF (6 μg/kg/24 h) and EMPA (0.4 mg/kg/24 h) resulted in clinical improvement, that is reduced frequency of hospitalisations for infections down to three per year, the need for outpatient treatment down to two per year, with fewer stools per day and only a few mouth sores (Table 1).
