RHOH, a member of the RhoE/Rnd3 subfamily of GTPases, is highly expressed in B cells, suggesting that it is involved in the development of B-cell malignant leukemia (Dallery-Prudhomme et al., 1997) and is closely related to the immune microenvironment in chronic leukemia (Troeger et al., 2012). The gene discussed is RND3; the disease is chronic leukemia.
