Moreover, the RNA expression levels of ELOVL1 and LTA4H were validated in human BC cell lines (Supplementary Figure 2), the result of which illustrated that ELOVL1 was significantly promoted in BC cell lines including BT549, MDA-MB-231, SK-BR-3, and T47D, while LTA4H dwindled in BC cell lines except for SK-BR-3 compared with breast epithelial cell line MCF10A.
