Using the online resources miRSystem, miRDB, STRING, and ShinyGO (21–24) online resources, we observed that miR-144-3p could control biological processes of interest in asthma, including CAMP, MAPK, PI3K-Akt, TGFβ, and Ras signaling pathways, focal adhesion, and adherens junction, as seen in Supplemental Figure 1. This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and asthma.
