To investigate whether the NF-κB signaling pathway was related to the inflammatory phase and clarify the role of miR-130a-3p, we applied qRT-PCR (Figures 6A,B) and Western blot (Figures 6C,D), both of which showed higher expression of P65, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, p-IκB, and CD14/68 and lower expression of IκB and CD19 in the BLM group, whereas after miR-130a-3p treatment, the expression of the aforementioned markers was partly reversed. This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and Bloom syndrome.
