One of the crucial limiting factors in clinic-based causality assessment in clinical immunology practice is the long latency of many immunomediated ADRs (Zdziarski, 2019) as presented previously for anaphylaxis: IgE-mediated (type 1—“immediate”) allergic reactions were observed 5 or 14 days after drug administration (Zdziarski et al., 2017a).
