EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma: A retrospective study has demonstrated that patients with a body mass index (BMI) ≥ 25 kg/m2 had longer progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) compared with those with BMI <18.5 kg/m2 when they received epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR-TKI) for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
