KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that ABM may exert its anti-NAFLD effect by regulating inflammation and metabolism-related pathways, such as the TNF signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, insulin resistance, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, AMPK signaling pathway, and other signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
