Baseline characteristics with a notable difference between subgroups (defined, in this case, as P < 0.15) included median age (65 versus 70 years, P = 0.03), current smokers (14% versus 25%, P = 0.14), PD-L1-positive status (52% versus 38%, P = 0.13), mean number of target lesions (1.8 versus 2.4, P = 0.02) and tumor size (median SLD: 42.4 mm versus 70.0 mm, P = 0.001) and were included in the IPW model (Supplementary Table 2).
