To do that, four patients with primary adenocarcinoma who showed significantly downregulated USP15 (< −1.5 values in the relative expression of USP15 in tumor and matched normal tissues) were selected (Fig. 8A, LTT26, LTT10, LTT12, and LTT35) among 41 patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (Fig. 1D). This evidence concerns the gene USP15 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
