As the risk score of the GC patients increased, the expression of the mRNAs in the high-risk group (TNFRSF11A, NMNAT1, EIF5A, TOR2A, E2F8, PSMA5, TPMT, KIF11) showed obvious downregulation, whereas the expression of mRNAs in the low-risk group (NOTCH3) was upregulated. Here, KIF11 is linked to gastric cancer.
