Ren et al. demonstrated that in cisplatin-treated gastric cancer (GC) cells, lncRNA ADAMTS9-AS2 activated NLRP3 inflammasome through sponging miR-223-3p to promote pyroptosis, which inhibited GC progress and made cisplatin-resistant GC (CR-GC) cells sensitive to cisplatin (Ren et al., 2020).
