Using anti-GL7 and anti-Lyve1 (lymphatic endothelial cell) antibodies, we found a higher number of GCs per LN section in the CLL-treated mice compared to the PBS-L treated mice, but the diameters of the GCs were similar in both conditions (Figures 5E–H). This evidence concerns the gene LYVE1 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
