SNHG7 was up-regulated in the in vitro ANT-treated samples as well as ANT-treated patients (Fig. 4), while a study in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes revealed that the up-regulation of the SNHG7 genes can stabilize SDAD1 mRNA, and then facilitate cardiac hypertrophy [44]. This evidence concerns the gene SDAD1 and cardiac hypertrophy.
