Therefore, increased numbers of TIGIT+CD56bright NK and KLRG1+CD56bright NK cells may serve as promising early markers of HPV16-associated CIN progression, and we highly expect that TIGIT- and KLRG1-related immunotherapies will bring hope to patients with HPV16-associated CIN.
