Exploring public databases has revealed many molecules that are highly expressed in ovarian cancer, such as CXCL10 [11], MMP16 [19], MCUR1 [20], MRPL15 [21] etc. In combination with multiple data sets, the expression of the gene Parathyroid Hormone 2 Receptor (PTH2R) has been shown to be significantly elevated in ovarian cancer. The gene discussed is PTH2R; the disease is ovarian cancer.
