To clarify the role of CDCP1 in human glioma, CDCP1 mRNA expression was measured in 698 glioma tissues and 5 normal tissues from the TCGA database, 970 glioma tissues from the CGGA database, and 34 GBM tissues and 13 normal tissues from the GSE50161 dataset. This evidence concerns the gene CDCP1 and central nervous system cancer.
