CKS2 is highly expressed in a variety of malignant tumors, including hepatocellular carcinoma [13], esophageal cancer [13, 14], gastric cancer [15], colorectal cancer [16–18] and bladder cancer [19, 20].Various studies have shown that the upregulation of CKS2 is closely related to tumor size, histological grade, and pathological tumor-node-metastasis (pTNM) staging [12]. The gene discussed is CKS2; the disease is colorectal cancer.
