CKS2 and neoplasm: The enrichment analysis of this study showed that the genes of CKS2 co-expression module were significantly enriched in functions such as cell cycle, cell adhesion, and intercellular material transport, as well as biological pathways like Wnt signaling pathway and planar cell polarity pathway, which was consistent with the research of Rubin et al. [45] found that the abnormal activation of Wnt-pathway through OS cells caused the up-regulation of oncogene and tumor cell proliferation.
