Based on the network pharmacology, the targeted screening strategy further revealed 29 potential anti-constipation targets of ROS, and the network analysis showed Akt1, Stat3, Mapk8, Hsp90aa1, Cat, Alb, Icam1, Sod2, and Gsk3b can be regarded as the core targets in the ROS regulatory network, which mainly involved the inflammation, immunity, and antioxidation.
