The same analysis showed that pregnancy characteristics providing a significant independent contribution in the risk of miscarriage were monochorionicity (OR = 3.240: 95%CI: 2.303–4.559), high intertwin discordance in CRL (OR = 1.418; 95%CI: 1.352–1.487), NT above the 95th centile (OR = 7.956; 95%CI: 5.335–11.866) and low PAPP-A MoM (OR = 0.017: 95%CI: 0.007–0.04). This evidence concerns the gene PAPPA and Miscarriage.
