The CheckMate 227 study of nivolumab plus ipilimumab in NSCLC also demonstrated longer PFS in patients with tTMB-high, with at least 10 mut/Mb, irrespective of tumor PD-L1 expression level [35], while a phase III trial of durvalumab (MYSTIC) and tremelimumab indicated longer PFS and OS in NSCLC patients with blood TMB (bTMB)-high, with at least 20 mut/Mb [32]. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
