GH1 and Prader-Willi syndrome: In our study, at baseline, none of the subjects with PWS took > 15 s to complete the TUG test, although the PWS group required more time to complete the test (5.16 s vs. 8.76 s in the age-matched healthy sample, p < 0.001); these results are in line with those reported by Chiu et al. [7], who did not take into account GH secretory status or rhGH treatment.
