Concerning secreted Adam10, Ctsl, Ifnar, Prdx5, Rbmx, and Rplp1, appearing at 24 h in CTRL and CIS but also in CIS + LH and never detected in LH, we can hypothesize an inhibitory action by the hormone lost in the presence of CIS and probably irrelevant for the deleterious effect of the drug on the ovarian tissue. The gene discussed is ADAM10; the disease is in situ carcinoma.
