To further explore the factors that contribute to the high expression of LAP3 in hepatocytes of HFD-induced NASH rat model, we treated LO2 cells with 150 μM cholesterol (CHO), 200 μM palmate acid (PA), 5 μM LPS, and 10 ng/ml TNF-α for 24 hours, respectively. The gene discussed is LAP3; the disease is metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
