Hyperbilirubinemia and thrombocytopenia are known adverse reactions to anti‐PD‐1/PD‐L1 therapy, bleeding is a known AE to antiangiogenic therapy, and patients with cirrhosis and HCC usually have complications of liver insufficiency, thrombocytopenia, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
