BCR and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: On the one hand, BCR can induce B cell lymphoma by the chronic activation of foreign microorganisms or viral antigens, such as Helicobacter pylori-induced mucosal lymphoid tissue lymphoma and Hepatitis C virus-induced splenic marginal lymphoma.8 On the other hand, mutations in related components of the BCR signaling pathway can also induce B-cell lymphomas and autoimmune diseases.
