Using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, we found that the high-risk group was positively correlated with tumor-infiltrating immune cells such as endothelial cells, macrophages, and cancer-associated fibroblasts (Figures 7B–D), and negatively correlated with CD4+ T cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, and follicular helper T cells (Figures 7E–G). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
