The receiver operating characteristic curves (ROCs) showed that urinary exosomal ERG, PCA3, PSMA, CK19, and EpCAM were able to distinguish patients with PCa from healthy individuals with the area under the curve (AUC) of 0.782, 0.783, 0.772, 0.731, and 0.739, respectively. The gene discussed is ERG; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
