Among a group of 1,197 patients with breast cancer who underwent genetic testing and counseling, 110 (9.2%) had VUS; most (n = 79, 71.8%) were in BRCA2. Median age (range) was 39 (25–66) years with 65 (59.1%) patients who were 40 years or younger at diagnosis. This evidence concerns the gene BRCA2 and breast carcinoma.
