TRIM65 and cervical cancer: In the present study, we observed that TRIM65 expression was up-regulated in cervical tissues, and knockdown of TRIM65 inhibited the proliferation and migration of the cervical cancer cells by promoting autophagy and autophagy-related apoptosis and the inhibitory effects were almost completely inhibited by autophagy inhibitor, suggesting that TRIM65-downregualted autophagic flux may be closely associated with cervical carcinogenesis.
