The results showed that the expression of some immune-related molecules in the hot tumor group was significantly higher than that in cold tumors, including common antigen-presenting molecules: HLA-C and HLA-DPA1, in immune checkpoints: CTLA4 and CD40, and in cytokines: TNF (Figures 4(a)–4(d)). The gene discussed is HLA-DPA1; the disease is neoplasm.
