KRAS and TP53 mutations were known as major driver oncogenes in a variety of cancers, including pancreatic ductal carcinoma, non–small-cell lung cancer, and high-grade serous carcinoma (Bange et al., 2019; Sauriol et al., 2020; Tsutaho et al., 2020). Here, TP53 is linked to pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
