Similarly, a 5-protein signature was identified, comprising IFNγ, IL1RA, IL9, IP10, and MIP1α that differentiated Active TB from recent QFT converters with an AUC of 0.87 (95% CI, 0.76–0.96; Figure 4B), sensitivity of 75.9% (95% CI, 56.5–89.7) and specificity of 81.5% (95% CI, 61.9–94.4).
