QFT consistent negatives were satisfactorily discriminated from Active TB by a 4-protein signature, comprising Eotaxin, IL1RA, IL8, and IP10 that differentiated with an AUC of 0.88 (95% CI, 0.80–0.97; Figure 4C), sensitivity of 86.2% (95% CI, 68.3–96.1), and specificity of 81.3% (95% CI, 63.6–92.8). This evidence concerns the gene CCL11 and tuberculosis.
