FSCN1 is related to numerous types of carcinomas, such as ESCC, bladder cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and cholangiocarcinoma (Chiyomaru et al., 2010; Kano et al., 2010; Mao et al., 2016; Zhao et al., 2016; Wang et al., 2017; Ma and Li, 2019; Xu et al., 2021), which strongly suggests that FSCN1 might be a potential promising biomarker or therapeutic target.
