This study found that the protein levels of SPARC (P < 0.05, Figure 2A), VEGF (P < 0.05, Figure 2C), PDGF (P < 0.05, Figure 2E), and TGF-β (P < 0.05, Figure 2G) in CRC tissues were greater than those in adjacent normal tissues. Here, SPARC is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
