Notably, ITGAL expression was associated with a favorable outcome for GC, and this study showed that increased ITGAL expression was linked with a worse prognosis in the GC cohort 213475-s-at (OS: HR = 1.25, p = 0.0091) and 1554240-a-at (OS: HR = 1.47, p = 0.00057) (Figure 3).
