Although ITGAL has not been thoroughly investigated, it is known that the carcinogenic potential of ITGAL, whose expression levels of ITGAL plays a crucial role in carcinogenic potential, was correlated with renal cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (Vendrell et al., 2007; Boguslawska et al., 2016; Song et al., 2019; Zhao et al., 2019; Ji et al., 2020). Here, ITGAL is linked to ovarian cancer.
