Yang et al. (2020) found that downregulation of IGF2BP3 could affect the expression of CCND1 and VEGF and thus inhibit DNA replication and angiogenesis in the S phase of tumor cell cycle. Bai et al. (2019) found that YTHDF1 was overexpressed in CRC, and knockdown of YTHDF1 expression could significantly inhibit the tumorigenicity of CRC cells in vitro and the growth of xenograft tumors in mice in vivo. Here, VEGFA is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
