There was no significant main effect of IN insulin on PANAS ratings (F(1,47) = 3.78, p = 0.06, ηp2 = 0.07), but the interaction between IN insulin and BMI was significant (F(1,47) = 5.47, p = 0.02, ηp2 = 0.10) which was explained by a significant increase of positive affect (PA) ratings for women with obesity (t(16) = 2.86, p = 0.01, d = 0.42) (Fig. 3). This evidence concerns the gene INS and obesity disorder.
