KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In our study, as a KRAS study with the largest NGS sample size, KRAS mutation rate of NSCLC was 12.1% from the LANDSCAPE project and 11.4% in our center, consistent with or even higher than other studies on the Asian populations,6, 23 in which G12C mutations accounted for 30%–40%, indicating a large potential population for KRAS inhibitors.
