KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In an open‐label phase 1/2 study of sotorasib, 124 evaluable NSCLC patients with KRAS G12C mutations were treated with sotorasib (960 mg), 81% of whom had previously received platinum‐based chemotherapy and PD1/L1 inhibitors, in which objective response rate (ORR) of 37.1%, disease control rate (DCR) of 80.6%, median progression‐free survival (PFS) of 6.8 months, and median OS of 12.5 months could be achieved, demonstrating significant clinical benefits of sotorasib.15
